Accessibility
TechDrift aims to make its website and app usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 AA as an engineering target.
Current approach
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and keyboard focus states on the web app.
- Responsive layouts and readable contrast in light and dark themes.
- Alternative text or decorative treatment for interface images.
- Reduced reliance on gestures on the web, where actions are exposed as visible controls.
- Accessible labels and content descriptions in the Android app where practical.
Known limitations
Some third-party source pages, linked media, and source-provided content may not be accessible or may change without TechDrift’s control. The current Android experience includes swipe interactions in addition to visible controls, and the private-service deployment has not undergone an independent accessibility audit.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL — replace before launch] with the page or app screen, a description of the problem, and an accessible way to reply. We will use reports to prioritize improvements.
