Ask HN: What to do about incorrectly suspended GitHub account, no notice?

They have no form of support other than creating a ticket for reinstatement, that I've seen in some cases not get a response for months. I also have an enterprise org that pays them monthly, that I can not access now (though others still can luckily). I received an e-mail about education benefits re-verification (I didn't even know I had education benefits),
